Defective Medicines and Devices

More and more we hear "there's a pill for that."  Indeed, the last several years have resulted in a pharmaceutical explosion.  Many of us trust our doctors and health care providers when they give us a medication.  Unfortunately, prescription drugs, over-the-counter (OTC) remedies, and herbal supplements can have dangerous, sometimes life-threatening, side effects.

In addition our firm has handled numerous cases involving mis-filled prescriptions or improperly filled prescriptions.
