Slip or Trip and Fall

It is important to know that if you are injured while on property owned or maintained by a state, municipality or government agency there are very short time frames in which you must file a notice of your claim.  Sometimes these time frames can be as short as 90 days from the day of your fall.  Very often, injured persons do not know if one of these entities is involved in their claim or responsible for the construction or maintenance of the property where they fell.
